I picked the Southeast Racing Parts business plan to do a SWOT analysis on. For their strengths they have a well researched and thought out business model. They show how they want to market, advertise and grow their business over the next 3 years. The owners are not planning on taking any profits for themselves, just putting it back in the business for continued growth. The owners have a good mix of experience for this type of business and have been involved with the racing industry for some time, so they have contacts already. They have planned out where the business would be located and how they will be staffed for the next three years.
