I picked the Southeast Racing Parts business plan to do a SWOT analysis on. For their strengths they have a well researched and thought out business model. They show how they want to market, advertise and grow their business over the next 3 years. The owners are not planning on taking any profits for themselves, just putting it back in the business for continued growth.
